Bookings

Payments

Cancellation & Refunds

• 24+ hours before pickup: 100% refund

• Less than 24 hours: No refund normally provided

• No-show: No refund normally provided

Pickup & Delays

Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Passengers & Luggage

Guests must provide accurate passenger and luggage information. Vehicle selection may depend on available space and capacity.

Tour Changes

One40Tours may modify or cancel a service due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Responsibility
