Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Tours & Airport Transfers

Guests may cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup

100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup

No refund will normally be provided because the vehicle and driver have been reserved specifically for the guest.

No-Show

If a guest does not arrive for their scheduled airport transfer or does not appear at the agreed pickup location and does not contact One40tours, the reservation will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Private, VIP & Luxury Bookings

Private full-day tours, VIP transportation, and luxury Mercedes-Benz bookings may require 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be non-refundable.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If severe weather, government restrictions, road closures, or another circumstance outside the guest’s or One40tours’ reasonable control prevents the service from operating, One40tours may offer a rescheduling option or full/partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Changes to Reservations

Guests should contact One40tours as soon as possible if they need to change their:

• Pickup time
• Pickup location
• Number of passengers
• Tour date
• Tour itinerary

Changes are subject to availability.

Cancellation by One40tours

If One40tours must cancel a reservation because the service cannot safely or reasonably be provided, the guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service, unless another arrangement is mutually agreed upon.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s bank or payment provider.
